🚤 Insider River Floating Tips:
Rent tubes from the vendor in town to make it easier for dropping in, there is one shuttle who will take you back to the starting spot.
Look for "Get Out" signs posted before the river ends – these are important so you don’t float too far.
You’ll see traffic cones just beyond the river exit; that’s where the shuttle picks you up and drives you back to the top.
You WILL get wet! Wear water-safe clothing and shoes. Avoid anything that could get ruined by full water submersion.
Bring waterproof phone cases and leave valuables at your campsite.
🏩 Where to Eat & Shop
Downtown Lava is packed with charm—local restaurants, cozy cafés, and riverside patios. After a full day of soaking and sliding, grab dinner and stroll the cute shops. Many stores sell handmade gifts, hot springs essentials, and tubing gear.
